“After debating whether or not we should get wedding planners, my husband and I hired Tum Hi Ho as our Day of Coordinators so that our wedding day could be stress free for us and our families. We are so glad we did because our families had NO worries on the day of and all of our events ran smoothly!During our first call, Hiren thoroughly explained all of the services that they would provide and made me feel very comfortable about the attention to detail his team would put into the events. “Hiren, Juhi, Nina, and Ankit were amazing! Our destination wedding was in South Carolina. There was no site visit done prior. The team came in early the night before to look at the site and get a better idea of resort that is over 1600 acres large! They did every little thing from putting out pamphlets (that I accidentally left home) 30 minutes before the ceremony to even walking my dogs! Hiren, our lead coordinator, was amazing in getting us organized from the get go. We had 3 meetings with him and each time he asked us questions that we didn’t know the answer to or didn’t even think of. Hiren organized all our vendors, and our venue has never been happier with a coordinator. Nina, the bride attendant, was always holding my dress, making sure I had food, digging my shoe out of the boardwalk, or even carrying my phone. She was with me the whole time and helped me with things I didn’t even ask her for. Ankit, the groom attendant, rounded up all the drunk groomsmen, which was quite a feat in my opinion. He was always with my now husband and made sure he was hydrated, refreshed and on time. Juhi, the vendor coordinator, made sure all our vendors were on time, playing the music we wanted, and helped filter people to our ballroom. This was an amazing team and I couldn’t have asked for better coordinators. My sister is planning on using THH very soon! “Tum Hi Ho is awesome!! We first saw them in action a couple years ago while attending a wedding, and knew right away that we wanted to have them for our own wedding. After locking down our venue and date, THH was the first vendor we booked as our day-of coordinators! During our initial call, Hiren took the time to get to know us as individuals, and as a couple. Throughout the planning process, Hiren was available if we had any questions, then once our wedding day approached, we were regularly communicating. Hiren was very thorough in getting all of the information he needed, and even covered the details we might have missed. ““I hope every wedding I go from now on is planned by you guys”Those are the exact words I said to Hiren after our reception. Tum Hi Ho, especially Hiren and Aisha, were absolutely incredible. They made our Mexico wedding go exactly as we imagined and then some.We weren’t sure how serious we were about planning a destination wedding when we first started. Speaking to other wedding coordinators/planners before Tum Hi Ho was actually quite discouraging. But the moment Hiren responded to our inquiry he was immediately enthusiastic and incredibly helpful. We knew that he was the person we wanted to help us plan our big day.The preparation the team does to make sure every single detail is taken care of is immense. “There were several day-of-coordination teams and services available for our wedding day so it was a tough to make a decision. Tum Hi Ho was recommended by several of our friends and we are so incredibly happy to have worked with Hiren and his team. Hiren kept us on our toes during the planning stages and reminded us of things we did not even think about. It was perfect that Hiren had worked with almost all of our vendors on multiple occasions. It’s a testament of how popular Tum Hi Ho is. We put in the work to solidify contracts with our vendors and the rest was on Hiren and his team.
