Our coordinator, Nina Patel, was incredibly organized, thorough, and communicative. She carefully reviewed details for all of our events (Sangeet, Baraat, Wedding Ceremony, Reception), created a detailed timeline, and proactively addressed any potential issues before they could occur. Her attention to detail was amazing! She was so calm and flexible to help us make last minute changes as they occurred.

On the day itself, Nina and the team (Ruchir, Chandni & Dita) worked so efficiently. All of the events were flawless, which allowed us to be fully engaged in the moment. They managed vendor arrivals and assisted in additional setup to ensure everything was perfect. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

We worked with Hiren and the THH team for 15 months to plan our wedding in Charleston, SC. Hiren is an absolute star. Working with him is like having an experienced VP of Ops running your entire wedding process. He’s organized, informed, and unfailingly helpful. He helped us make extremely good vendor choices, managed them with us throughout the process, and then really stepped up on the weekend of our wedding to make sure that the entire vision came to life. I would recommend Hiren without a doubt to anyone planning an Indian wedding. Hiren is a partner in your vision, but he is not setting it. I think that distinction is really important, especially because the “planner” role in Indian weddings is very challenging and becomes a catch all for whatever needs to get done. Rather than falling into this trap, Hiren is very clear about what his role is and helps the couple navigate how to create their own vision. I loved working with him and would absolutely hire him again. He probably saved us hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars by negotiating well, keeping us on track, and just bringing a positive, can-do attitude to a major undertaking. We loved working with the THH team! Charu was our lead coordinator and was very efficient and kept everything moving slowly. Her and her team of 3 other members ensured our sangeet, ceremony & reception and flowed through well and handled our final vendor payments & tips. We had Nina coordinate our wedding. Leading up to the wedding Nina was patient and gentle with her reminders regardless of how late we were with our forms and information we needed to get to her. She truly kept us calm and collected through the process. Words cannot describe how thankful we are for her. She not only took care of everything and everyone, she was respectful of our families and still made sure everyone was on schedule. Nina was the perfect blend of sweet and detail oriented. I was really stressed out the morning of the wedding and Nina kept me and my parents calm the entire time regardless of how unorganized it seemed. The best part was Nina coming into my bridal suite every couple hours and just seeing how I was doing and how I was feeling. She came in and sat down and spent time with me as a friend and not a coordinator and these are memories I’ll cherish for a very long time. Simply put, Hiren and the entire Tum Hi Ho team were amazing! We connected with Hiren very early in our wedding planning process and were so happy we did. He and the THH team were able to help us pick the perfect venue in Mexico, arrange for all of our traditional ceremonies to be performed without any issues, and most importantly they helped everyone have a great time!
Having chosen a destination wedding, we had to make sure all of our vendors were in sync without the luxury of being able to have repeated site visits to communicate our vision. Hiren and THH streamlined every vendor interaction making sure that every call was clear and efficient...No matter what - emails, phone calls, and Whattsapp messages - the THH team was always on top of it and let us rest assured that any issues were going to be taken care of.
The wedding day its self was exactly what we envisioned – we were truly blown away. Working with our resort, Hiren and the THH team created a wedding and reception that was visually everything that we hoped for! We had previously visited the site just once on our site visit with Hiren, but never had an idea of how things would look until the day of. Needless to say, Hiren knew what we wanted and he did nothing short of delivering.

We had quite a few unanticipated changes and cancellations come up the week leading up to the wedding and Nina was in direct contact with all of our vendors to ensure everything was communicated in a detailed manner. THH, along with all our wonderful vendors, was forced to pivot so much DAYS leading up to our wedding but still remained organized and diligent through it all. We’ve said this so many times, but we wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding day and that is largely because of how perfectly it all went. None of that would have been possible if it wasn’t for Nina, Nikita, Romy, and Aditi - the best hypewomen and coordinators we could’ve asked for!

We are so thankful we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day and forget all the craziness that went into the planning process. We owe so much of that to Nina and our whole THH team!
